To ensure every client receives the highest level of service, we’ve put a few policies in place. These guidelines help us maintain a seamless, welcoming environment and allow us to stay focused on delivering an exceptional hair experience.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all services. It may be transferred one time before the appointment is canceled. Cash, Zelle, and credit payments are accepted for your remaining balance.

  • To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that no additional guests accompany you during your appointment.

  • If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving 15 minutes late will result in cancellation to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service. No call no shows will be banned from booking.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, we will work with you to adjust the style to better meet your expectations.

  • If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. For the health and safety of everyone, we reserve the right to cancel if you arrive sick.

  • Hair is included in all braiding services. Human hair is included in all bohemian services. Braid maintenance services exclude shampoos but can be added on. To ensure the best results, please bring high-quality extensions. We do not install cut or overly used hair extensions. If you are interested in a service that isn't listed, feel free to inquire about its availability.

Any changes (add ons, reschedules, etc.) must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment.
