By agreeing to participate, you acknowledge and accept that Terri, the owner of Elegant Essnce, will have full creative control over your final look. This includes the cutting, coloring, and styling of your extensions (if applicable).
We are currently only accepting clients with hair that is 100% natural—meaning it has not been chemically treated, colored, or relaxed. Hair must be at least shoulder length and in healthy condition. If not, a trim or cut will be mandatory to proceed with the service.
You must arrive with freshly washed and blow-dried hair, free of any products. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service. A shampoo can be added upon request for an additional charge.
Please note: content creation is mandatory. Photos and/or videos will be taken during your appointment and will be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
All hair sales are final and non-refundable. Payment is required in full prior to your appointment. Social media engagement is also required.
