A non-refundable deposit is required for all services.
This can be transferred once before a cancellation will occur.
After 15 minutes of grace, your appointment will be cancelled.
No call no shows will be banned from booking.
Any changes (add ons, reschedules, etc.) must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Cash, Zelle, and credit payments are accepted for your remaining balance.
PRIOR TO
Hair must be detangled before arrival. If not, additional fees will apply.
SICK POLICY
If you arrive sick, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
MODIFICATIONS
Additional guest will not be accommodated at your appointment.
